This came up as a thought on plurk but, another person is looking to app a character this round who is 17-ish in his canon, BUT the wiki states that the character has his birthday on Jan 12. So my question is:

Would an exception to "no under 18" be allowed for a character turning 18 roughly two weeks after arrival since the span of time is less than a whole month?
